Are You A Master of Your Own Boundaries?
Sometimes we compromise on our own boundaries, even if we don’t want to. Sticking up for yourself and upholding your rights can be intimidating, especially if you are faced with an adult or a fear of being left alone.
Everyone is entitled to their rights of bodily and mental inviolability, their own boundaries and being protected from violence.
The following test helps you get acquainted with your boundaries through a series of scenarios. How well do you know them? How would you defend your rights? The test is currently only available in Finnish.
