Did you know that one in five children and youth have experienced emotional violence or other forms of inappropriate behaviour? For many, the decision to quit a hobby is informed by an experience of bullying or discrimination. As a donor, you are directly contributing to building safer hobby spaces. Every child deserves to belong, make friends and experience joy and security in their hobbies.

With the help of private and corporate donors, more children are able to participate in their hobbies without fear. Donateions help keep our services open and available, and help us reach more hobby groups and providers around the nation.

Experiencing bullying or violence is a deeply adverse event with long lasting outcomes. Discrimination and adverse experiences can lead to a diminshed sense of self and increase the the possibility of futher abuse. You Are Not Alone – service promotes the inherent value in all children and youth, emphasisng their right for respectful and proper treatment. By fostering the knowledge about their rights to self-determination and boundaries, we are able to protect children and the youth even outside of their hobbies.
